East Coast Maritime Traffic Area is located between Maritime Traffic Areas of Sea of Bothnia and South Coast including Lakes Hjälmaren, Mälaren and Vättern - and Gotland island.
Water area of the East Coast Maritime Traffic Area
From the border with Sea of Bothnia Maritime Traffic Area in the north (approximately lat 60° 36' N) to the border between Östergötland and Kalmar counties along latitude 58° 00,0 N to position 58° 00’ N, 018° 06’ E continuing direction south southwest to position 56° 40’ N, 017° 15’ E and from there direction 090°. Also sea area around Gotland island, Södertälje Canal and Lakes Vättern, Mälaren and Hjälmaren.
