A wonderful archipelago along the Swedish westcoast and the entrance of Göta Älv connecting Kattegatt with Lake Vänern - the largest lake in Sweden.

Lake Vänern & Trollhätte Canal |
Through river Göta Älv and the Trollhätte Canal, leisure crafts and smaller canalships can pass from westcoast to Lake Vänern and by Göta Canal and a couple of lakes over to the eastcoast of Sweden. In Trollhättan there is a canal museum. |
