Barrage information

The barrage is unmanned and remotely controlled.

At the barrage there is two passages:

• Passage for small craft with a horizontal clearance of 5m and a maximum depth of 1,8 - 1,2 m
• Passage for bigger vessels with a horizontal clearance of 65 m and depth 5 - 4 m

Bridges

For passage to Göta Älv though Ormo-Kungälv the mariner have to pass three bridges:

• Nordre älv Railway bridge
  Fixed bridge with vertical clearance: 12,5m
  
  
• Kungälv Highway bridge
  Fixed bridge with vertical clearance: 12,5m
  
  
• Nordre älv roadbridge
  Openable bridge with vertical clearance: 5,2m
