  • For vessels with a functional bow thruster, the value can be reduced with a tugboat.

  • If the ship has stern thruster or twin propellers, the value can be reduced by another tugboat.

  • Tugboat with barge that is subject to pilotage, shall have one assistant tugboat.

  • Tugboats must at all times provide their own tug rope.
