From 3 June 2024, entry summary declarations (ENS) and notifications of arrival of means of transport in maritime transport must be submitted to the new EU-common import control system, ICS2. If you have been granted an exemption to submit ENS to ICS2 from 3 June, you should not provide a reference to it in the presentation notification of goods via the MSW Reportal. You only do this when you have ENS in the new format (ICS2). As long as you leave ENS via EDI to ICS1, you submit via MSW Reportal reference to ENS only when Sweden is the first port into EU. ...
